关于居留许可的延期
Residence Permit Extension
请目前在华的国际学生自查居留许可的有效期，居留许可将于8月底之前过期的学生，及时与留学生办公室（iso@ruc.edu.cn）取得联系并办理签证延期。具体步骤如下：
If you are currently located in China, please check the validity of your residence permit. If your residence permit will be expired by the end of August, please contact ISO (iso@ruc.edu.cn) for visa extension. The procedures are as follow:
1、自费生登陆微人大缴纳学费，支付完成后，保留学费缴纳凭证（学费缴纳页面的截图或学费电子收据）；
Self-financed students should pay for the tuition online through VRUC. After you completed the payment, please keep the receipt of tuition payment (the screenshot of payment or electronic receipt)
2、自费生登录留学保险网http://www.lxbx.net购买2020-2021学年来华综合保险（800元人民币），保留网上缴费截图（或缴费发票）；
Self-financed students should purchase the comprehensive insurance (CNY800) for 2020-2021 academic year throughhttp://www.lxbx.net, and keep the screenshot of payment or electronic receipt.
3、向留学生办公室公共邮箱（iso@ruc.edu.cn）发送姓名、学号、护照首页扫描件、签证页扫描件、学费缴纳凭证图片（奖学金生无需提供）、保险缴纳凭证图片（奖学金生无需提供）以及在华手机号。

5.the screenshot of tuition payment (for self-financed student only)

由于疫情期间无法入校，留学生办公室将及时查收邮件并与你联系预约签证申请。签证办理时间为每周二、四。
As the pandemic control is still in process, students are not allowed to enter the campus. ISO staff will check the emails and contact the applicants in advance for visa extension and give all the documents at the East Gate. The ISO is open every Tuesday and Thursday.
关于实习加注的申请
Internship Visa Application
留学生办公室已经开始恢复为在华国际学生办理实习签证的服务，请按照留学生办公室网站中（http://iso.ruc.edu.cn/more.php?cid=273）关于实习签证申请的要求准备申请材料。准备完毕后，申请步骤如下：
If you are currently located in China and want to do internship, please apply for the internship visa with ISO. Please prepare the required documents in advance, and check out the details through the ISO website (http://iso.ruc.edu.cn/more.php?cid=273), and the application procedure is as follow:
向留学生办公室公共邮箱（iso@ruc.edu.cn）发送姓名、学号、护照首页扫描件、签证页扫描件、国际学生加注实习签证申请表、临时住宿登记扫描件、接收单位开具的实习证明扫描件、企业信息采集表扫描件、企业营业执照副本扫描件、培养方案扫描件（如为非毕业年级，需提供培养方案）以及在华手机号。
