2015年春季留学生新生请到留办领取一卡通
已在留学生办公室或IT服务中心进行照片采集的2015年春季留学生新生请来留办领取，留办帮IT服务中心代收工本费30元，请准备好零钱，方便收发。还未进行照片采集和银行卡绑定的同学，请尽快到中国银行进行开户，并自行到IT服务中心绑定银行卡和一卡通。
Dear new overseas students，
If you have take pictures for your E-card and connect the bank card to E-card,come to our office to get your E-card.Please prepare RMB30 change for the cost of production.If you haven’t finish the procedures above,please open an account with the Bank of China,and go to the IT Service Center to connect your bank card to E-card as soon as possible.
