为了使在京外国留学生加深对绿色北京、人文北京、科技北京的了解，体现留学生热爱北京的情感，北京市汉语国际推广中心依托北京汉语网举办“镜头中的北京”在京外国留学生摄影比赛。比赛具体内容如下：
一、活动对象
北京地区各高校在校外国留学生
二、征集内容
题材、手法、内容不限，以符合个人特点的方式，表达自己对北京人文及自然环境的理解和热爱。
三、材料要求
1、 所有作品必须为本人原创，且独立完成，不得从网上复制或电脑处理，若出现造假现象，将取消参赛资格
2、 图片为JPG格式，分辨率＞200dpi
3、 图片说明文字中应包括图片的拍摄时间，记录的事件，以及事件的简要说明等
4、 报名方式：参赛学生可选择集体报名或个人报名的方式参加比赛，具体要求如下：
（1）集体报名：由学校汇总整理参评材料，以电子文档形式提交，并填写报名表。要求参赛同学每张图片的详细说明文字另附文档，在提交文档时需将图片、说明文字存放在同一文件夹中，所有内容压缩后以“XXX作品”命名，于11月28日之前发送至留学生办公室邮箱iso@ruc.edu.cn ，邮件主题“摄影比赛参赛作品+个人姓名”。
（2）个人报名：学生个人可以电子文档形式提交，并填写报名表，每张图片的详细说明文字另附文档，注明报名信息，并于11月30日之前将作品发送至指定邮箱biee_Photo@163.com ; bjchinese_Photo@163.com
四、评选及奖项设置
1、月度评选：作品收集后由北京汉语网工作人员进行筛选，将符合报名条件的所有作品上传至北京汉语网，由网友投票选择最喜欢的作品，每月票数最多的前三名作品将评为“优秀作品奖”，颁发荣誉证书及奖品。
获奖个人将获得北京汉语网的特别奖励积分，并有机会成为北京汉语文化大使。
2、季度评选：每季度作品采取专家评审结果及网友投票数相结合的方式，评选一、二、三等奖、最佳创意奖和最佳视觉奖，并向获奖者颁发荣誉证书及奖品。
Beijing in Your Camera—the photography competition is now open for all the enrolled international students in Beijing. This activity is co-organized by Beijing International Center for Chinese Language and Beijing Chinese Language Website. Please see blow for detailed information.
1. Who’s eligible?
All the enrolled international college students in Beijing
2. What can you submit?
You can submit any photos that express your understanding for the natural beauty and/or cultural attractiveness of Beijing. No specific requirement on the theme, content or your photographing technique.
3. All the submitted photos must be original!Whoever submitted the photo must be the original creator and the only one. Noedited photos, no downloaded photos are allowed.
4. The format of the photo must be in JPG, andthe resolution ratio should be larger than 200dpi.
5. The photo should come with a brief introduction;include the time of the photo taken, what specific scene you wanted to recordand what happened in the photo.
6. How to register?
Students can eitherchoose to register in group or in person
Ø If you wishto register in group: the school will collect the photos, fill in the form andsubmit all the photos. Each student should have his/her own file folder, withall the pictures and brief introduction, and named XXX’s photos. Please submitall your work by November 28 to iso@ruc.edu.cn
Ø If you wishto register in person: you can submit your photos, fill in the form and briefintroduction of each photo to biee_Photo@163.comor bjchinese_Photo@163.com byNovember 30.
7. Awards
Ø Monthly Awards: once your photos are submitted, the staff at Beijing International Center for Chinese Language will review them and then upload the qualified photos to the website. Then the photos will be open for vote. The most three loved photos of each month will be awarded. The individual will get special accumulated points at Beijing Chinese Language Website (http://www.bjchinese.bjedu.cn/indexpath.do?method=chinese)and might get the chance to become Beijing Municipal Chinese Language PromotionAmbassador.
Ø Quarter Awards: Each quarter, the photos will be reviewed by the Committee. Togetherwith the accumulated vote from the internet, the first place, second place andthird place award will be given. The Best Creative Awards and the Best VisionAwards will also be announced.
