西安，这座承载着中华民族千年文化与历史的古都，迎来了中国人民大学的36名国际学生，他们怀揣着对古老文明的敬畏，在西安开启了一段穿越古今的研学之旅。
2024年10月24日至27日，来自新加坡、塞拉利昂、巴基斯坦、韩国、加拿大、柬埔寨等24个国家的36位国际学生走访调研了陕西汽车控股集团有限公司，参观了西安城墙、秦始皇兵马俑博物馆、大雁塔等西安的著名历史景点，还到西安博物院观赏了文物古迹。
以古为题，追溯千年文明，在历史长河中汲取智慧与力量；映照当下，发掘古都新貌，在现代都市中领略创新与活力，体验西安的历史文化之雅、当代风貌之蕴。
探访现代工业，见证中国制造
10月25日上午，学生们参访陕西汽车控股集团有限公司。陕汽控股始建于1968年，是中国重型军车的主要研发生产基地，并在中国汽车产业绿色、低碳环保转型中提供技术创新支撑、扮演积极倡导者。
在这里，学生们不仅了解了中国汽车工业的发展历程，更感受到了科技创新的力量。在企业讲解员的带领下，学生们看到现代化的生产线、严谨的研发流程，了解了重型汽车的制造流程，聆听技术创新理念，感叹于“中国制造”的强大实力。
漫步古城墙，仰望大雁塔，感受千年古韵
10月25日下午，国际学生们登上了西安城墙。作为中国现存规模最大、保存最完整的古代城垣，西安城墙见证了无数朝代的更迭与变迁，如今依然屹立不倒，诉说着古老的故事。国际学生们在城墙上骑行，感受着历史的厚重与文化的传承。秋风吹过，仿佛能听到城墙下的驼铃声声，唤醒了沉睡千年的记忆。
10月26日下午，国际学生们仰望大雁塔，感悟丝绸文化。这座承载着佛教文化精髓的古塔，见证了丝绸之路上文明的交流与互鉴。国际学生们在塔下沉思冥想，感受着佛教文化的宁静与深邃，随玄奘法师踏上漫漫取经路。
探寻兵马俑，见证历史奇观
10月26日上午，国际学生们踏上了前往秦始皇陵兵马俑的研学之旅。秦始皇陵兵马俑是中国古代军事文化与雕塑艺术的巅峰之作，更是秦始皇统一六国、建立中央集权国家的历史见证。
步入兵马俑坑遗址，国际学生们被眼前的一幕深深震撼。一排排整齐划一的兵马俑，或站或跪，手持长剑、弓箭，神态各异，栩栩如生。国际学生们在导游的讲解下，仔细观察着每一个兵马俑的细节，从服饰、发型到武器装备无不透露出秦朝时期的文化特征和社会风貌，大家不禁感叹于中华文明的源远流长与博大精深。
走进博物馆，探寻历史遗迹
10月27日上午，西安研学的旅程迎来了最后一站——西安博物院。步入博物院，国际学生们仿佛穿越了时空隧道，来到了一个充满历史韵味与艺术魅力的世界。从远古时期的石器陶俑，到秦汉时期的青铜玉器，再到唐宋元明清的书画瓷器，每一件展品都承载着厚重的历史信息，诉说着古都西安的辉煌与沧桑。导游用生动的语言和丰富的互动方式，带领国际学生们深入了解每一件展品背后的故事，让他们仿佛置身于那个辉煌的时代，与古人进行了一场跨越千年的对话。在这里，国际学生们不仅看到了古代工匠的智慧与技艺，更感受到了中华民族生生不息、薪火相传的精神力量。
行至博物院外，小雁塔、荐福寺坐落于游览区内，漫步于其中隐约可以嗅到淡淡的香火气、听见轻柔的梵音，此次国际学生西安之旅在恬静中告一段落。

作为中国人民大学的一名约旦籍博士生，我最近的西安之行是一次非常丰富的经历，我将永远珍惜。站在令人敬畏的兵马俑前，漫步在古老的寺庙中，我感受到了与中国历史和文化的深厚联系。看到数千年前制作的兵马俑，让我想起了定义这个国家韧性和创造力的遗产。
我这次活动的亮点之一是穿着传统汉服拍照。穿着这些漂亮的服装，我能感觉到自己回到了历史中，体验了我以前只读过的文化的一部分。这个身临其境的机会是我学习的一个很好的延伸，让我能够深入了解塑造中国及其人民的遗产。
我非常感谢中国人民大学对这些经历的支持，这些经历增强了我在课堂之外的理解。来到这里不仅仅是一种学术追求，这是一个学习、欣赏和接触丰富文化遗产的机会。中国人民大学，谢谢你让这段旅程成为一次难忘的经历。

I am really grateful to have been given this opportunity to explore Xi'an with RUC. It has always been my dream to witness the terracotta warriors in person and understand the history behind it. However, I got more than what I bargain for, I experience the bullet train for the first time, saw the beautiful streets of Xi'an at night and made many new friends from many countries. It was also my first time trying a traditional Chinese costume, allowing me to immerse in the Chinese culture on a deeper level.

My trip to Xi'an was an unforgettable experience! We started with a visit to the impressive city wall, which offers a great view over the historic city. A true highlight was, of course, the world-famous Terracotta Army – it was fascinating to see these ancient warriors up close. At the Xi'an Museum, we delved deeper into the region's history and culture. The food was fantastic; the culinary experiences were a real treat! The hospitality was especially warm, and I was lucky to meet wonderful people who made this trip truly special. I'm very thankful for this amazing opportunity it made my exchange very special.

I had an incredible trip to Xi'an with my university to conduct research. The city was breathtaking, rich in history and culture, from the ancient city walls to the magnificent Terracotta Army. Exploring the vibrant markets, I was captivated by the delicious local cuisine—the best food I've tasted in China! The organization of the trip was flawless, allowing us to maximize our time and experiences. I also made some lasting friendships and connected with amazing people who shared my passion for learning. Overall, the entire experience was nothing short of terrific, leaving me with unforgettable memories.

“go to Xi'an and then you will find a 3000-year-old China.” This saying is so true! Xi'an is a symbol of China's over 3000-years ancient history, was once where the 13 dynasties situated their capital. It was the starting point of the Silk Road, and an envoy set out on a mission of peace and friendship to Central Asia from Xi'an over 2,100 years ago. The Silk Road, the first global trade route which also served as a way to exchange ideas, religions, cultures, arts, and technology.
Walking through the Xi'an City wall, the Datang Everbright City, the Xi'an Museum, the excavation pits of the Terracota warriors and horses and the Great wild goose pagoda, you will agree with the words of a proud Xi'anese that “if China is a tree, Beijing is it's branches, Shanghai is it's leaves and Xi'an it's roots”.

This journey offered us a unique chance to explore the ancient capital of China. Xi'an, once the start of the Silk Road, was the capital for thirteen dynasties, making it one of the most significant cities in Chinese civilization. Walking through sites like the Terracotta Army and the old city walls, I felt immersed in the spirit of history. Perhaps the most memorable experience was dressing up in Hanfu, which is characterized by flowing robes, wide sleeves, and intricate designs. Hanfu reflects ancient Chinese aesthetics and values, emphasizing harmony and grace. Thank you to our teachers and university.

这是一次穿越时空的旅行，更是一场感悟中华文明与中国现代化发展的研学之行。人大的国际学生们不仅领略了中华文明的博大精深，更在交流互鉴中感受到中国现代化发展成就。四天的研学之旅转瞬即逝，但古都西安给人大国际学生们留下的印象却是永恒的，足以让他们在中华大地上留下青春的足迹，收获满满的记忆与感悟。
