各位奖学金同学：
本学期9月、10月的奖学金生生活费已完成发放，请收到生活费的奖学金生近期到留学生办公室签字确认。
每月生活费会于当月中旬发放，不可预支。奖学金生必须于当月15日至22日期间到留学生办公室确认签到，不可代签，未能如期签到者，暂时停发下月生活费。学校规定的假期期间，学生无需签字，生活费照常发放。
To all the scholarship student：
The first two months’ living expenses (September and October) were deposit to your bank account, please check your account and sign the confirmation sheet with us.
The living expenses will be deposit to your account in the middle of each month, All the scholarship students are required to sign the confirmation sheet between 15th to 22nd each month. This is MANDOTORY. If the signature is missing for the current month, the living expenses for the next month will automatically be suspended. No substitute signature is allowed. Students do not need to sign the confirmation sheet during summer/winter vacations, the living expenses will be deposit to your account accordingly.
This regulation applies to all the scholarship students, including all the old scholarship students, new scholarship students, CSC scholarship students, and Hanban Scholarship students. Please spread out the information.
