由国际交流处主办、国际发展交流协会（IDEA）承办的2016年国际文化节（International Culture Festival, ICF）将于9月24日在中国人民大学盛大开幕。

国际文化节，作为人大校内一年一度的国际交流盛宴，为来自五大洲各个国家的人大留学生们及中国学生提供传递文化、共享青春、拥抱世界的平台。尊重包容、理解交融，ICF秉承超越信仰、超越国界的宗旨，使中外学生得以共同分享他们的文化和智慧。

2016年国际文化节将以“无远弗届，五洲和衷（Home Behind, World Ahead）”为主题，继续为广大留学生、人大学子提供文化交流、思想碰撞的平台，以全新的理念和丰富的活动，再攀文化盛宴的巅峰！

International Culture Festival (ICF), hosted by the International Office and undertaken by IDEA every autumn, is one of the most captivating and influential brand activities on RUC campus.

ICF aims at providing a platform for RUC students to experience different cultures beyond belief and national boundaries, to participate in the international connection, enjoy the youth together and embrace the world. ICF is full of passionate subjects, well-arranged programs and original creations. It also gives both Chinese and international students an opportunity to share their culture and wisdom together. It has become one of the most  distinctive, influential and long-expected activities on RUC campus.

This year marks the 15th anniversary of ICF. Under the theme of "Home Behind, World Ahead," we strive to promote diversity, enhance civilization, show appreciation of pluralism, and recognize the importance of an inclusive mindset.

【开幕式】Opening Ceremony

开幕式作为国际文化节这场文化盛宴的开篇，是国际文化节中最隆重最精彩的活动之一。来自世界各地，五湖四海的留学生与人大学子欢聚一堂，在同一片天空下，共享文化盛宴，共同谱写这个时代的精彩。在这里，我们有精彩绝伦丰富多彩的社团活动；在这里，我们有留学生代表的精彩发言；在这里，我们有丰富文化的碰撞与交流；在这里，我们共赴文化的盛宴，体验青春的激情。同一片天空下，不同的语言，不同的肤色，不同的文化，相同的期许，相同的情怀，万种的风情，连接我们的心！

时间：2016年9月24日 9:00-10:00

地点：明德广场

Opening Ceremony is not only just an opening of ICF, but also the most attractive and brilliant scene in the autumn on RUC campus!

Some cultural performances will be presented at the Opening Ceremony, bringing our best wishes to RUC and ICF. Meanwhile, dressed in national costumes, representatives of international students from different countries will send their words to ICF on stage. The Opening Ceremony will be a fantastic and unique experience for you! We are all looking forward to seeing you!

【风情展】Global Exhibition

作为国际文化节的重中之重，风情展历年来都是国际文化节中观众参与度最高，内容最丰富，参与国家最多的，持续时间最长的一项活动。来自五湖四海的留学生们与中国学生精心布置展台，展示异国的精彩文化、传递别样风情。2016年，站在国际文化节15周年的新起点上，ICF风情展更将会是一场冲破肤色、种族与语言界限的盛会，是中外学生欢聚一堂、热烈交流的盛会，更是人大学子向世界展示中华文化，加深对中华文明理解的盛会！

时间：2016年9月24日9：00-17：00

地点：明德广场

As the most important part of ICF, Global Exhibition always attracts the most attention and participation. International students and Chinese students decorate the booth, show the exotic culture and different customs to RUC students.

The Global Exhibition is not only a distinguished gathering which breaks through the boundaries of skin color, ethnic background and language, but also a grand meeting where Chinese and international students gather together and communicate.

【创新项目】中国创意手工游戏

The Innovative Project |Chinese Creative Manual Games

创新项目作为国际文化节的第四个项目，承接风情展和闭幕式，使国际文化节更具有连续性。今年的创新项目能让我们感受指尖上的中国。在教二草坪，制作中国结、剪窗花，还有各式各样有趣的中国风小游戏，与中国小伙伴一道探索中国独特的文化和技艺，共同度过一次难忘的中国时光。

时间：10月12日14:00-16:00

地点：明德大教室（暂定）

IDEA holds a special program called Chinese Creative Manual Games during ICF. It serves as an innovative project in the International Culture Festival.

There are Chinese knots, paper-cuts, etc. Through the project, you can explore Chinese unique culture and skills and enjoy an unforgettable time with your Chinese partners.

【闭幕晚会】Closing Gala

挥手与ICF告别，就来闭幕晚会吧，穿越时空的间隔，打破国籍的障碍，足不出户就可以环游世界的奇妙感受，都在ICF国际文化节的闭幕晚会上呈现。在这里，各国学生共同展示动人的舞蹈，一起在如论讲堂挥洒青春；在这里，时光机带你穿越过去，直到未来。ICF闭幕晚会，等你来嗨！

时间：10月16日晚上

地点：如论讲堂

Closing Gala is the grand finale of ICF. It gives a platform for Chinese and international students to show their cultures, understand each other and share the joy.

In the Closing Gala of 2016, we will travel across time and space and break down barriers of nationalities. The time machine will take you from the past to the future, giving you a brand-new experience. Please come join us at the ICF Closing Gala.
