留学生办公室现在面向全校留学生征集活动志愿者，请同学们踊跃报名，凡参加活动者，留学生办公室将在今后组织文体娱乐、奖学金评选等活动时优先考虑！
一、活动名称：
北京市大学生田径运动会入场式，外国留学生运动员代表方阵
二、活动时间：
1、集合时间：2014年5月17日，星期六，早晨7:30
2、入场式时间：当天 8：00-----9:00（结束）
3、活动前，可能会有1、2次排练，时间另行通知
三、活动地点：
1、集合地点：中国人民大学操场北侧马路，环境学院楼前
2、入场式地点：中国人民大学操场
四、活动内容：
作为首都高校留学生代表，穿运动服，排队进入田径场，向主席台挥手致意，服从现场引导。
五、报名：
1、要求：每个国家最多5名同学参加，名额有限，先报先得；服从带队老师安排。

Dear all students,
Please join us in the 52nd Beijing Municipal University Sports Game. Sign up for the volunteers and represent international students in the opening ceremony. All participants will get more chances to other activities organized by International Students.
•Activity
We are recruiting the international student representatives for the opening ceremony of the 52ndBeijing Municipal University Sports Game.
•Time
1、Get together at: 07:30 a.m., May 17, 2014 (Friday);
2、The opening ceremony starts at 08：00 and ends at 09:00;
3、There will be several rehearsals in advance. Specific time and location will be notified later.
•Location
1、Get together at the north of the Filed & Track (in front of the School of Environmental Studies Building);
2、The delegation will enter the field from the west gate
•Requirement
You will be representing the Beijing municipal university international students in the delegation. You must wear the sports suits, wave to the platform and follow the orders accordingly.
