(SKI)
Dear all,
Come join us to ski!!!! Make sure you bring your student ID card and e-card with you. This ski activity will be at Qiaobo Ice and Snow World (indoor). The place is in Shunyi District, about 55km away from our university, the one-way trip takes approximately 1 hour (no traffic).
This activity is organized by International Student Office. Four Chinese student volunteers with be going with you all. Please follow their instructions. We’ll cover the transportation and the tickets for you. You will only need to take care of your own snacks/water. We’ll also arrange dinner afterwards.
All the students who registered are eligible to go. Below are the details of this activity
Departure time:12:00-p.m. sharp*, Wednesday, December 17, 2014
*if you come late, sorry, look for another activity later on!!! We won’t wait for the late comers!
Departure venue: International Cultural Exchange Center (gather together at the Lobby)
After you finish the tour, we’ll take you to the dinner. We’ll get on the bus at where you were dropped off. Please be aware of the departure time. If you miss the departure time, you will have to take taxi back on your own, we won’t wait for the late comers. PLEASE BE PUNCTUAL!
Please stay in the same bus on both ways. DO NOT switch buses.

各位同学：
乔波冰雪大世界滑雪活动将于本周三（2014年12月17日）举行。请于活动当天带上自己的学生证及一卡通在指定地点集合。
本次活动由留学生办公室主办，留办将承担车费及门票，学生不用付费。请自备水及其它食品。
出发时间：星期三中午12:00点整
出发地点：国际文化交流中心大厅集合
注意事项：
1.所有在留办登记信息的学生均可前往。如果你在候补名单上，需等到有空位时才能依照登记顺序填补空缺参加此次活动。
2.留学生办公室将为大家安排晚餐；
3.留办将派四位中国学生助理前往，请大家听从中国学生的指挥；
4.滑雪活动结束后请回下车地点上车。请注意不要自行更换乘坐的车辆；
5.请注意遵守时间，如果你不能按照指定时间到达集合地点上车，请自行乘坐出租车返回；
6.请注意个人财产和人身安全。
