各位留学生同学：
为增进大家对中国社会、文化的了解，我校留学生办公室将联合北京大学、北京师范大学、北京理工大学于11月6日星期五组织赴北京平谷区参加“感知中国——北京平谷区文化实践体验活动”，具体安排和行程如下：
一、活动日程
出发时间：2015年11月6日， 07:30
出发地点：学校东门 （所有学生于7:10 在国际文化交流中心大厅集合）
二、活动议程
（一）校园志愿行
时间：10:00-12：00
地点：平谷高中内容
内容：留学生分为文体两组，文化组与中国学生共上一节中国文化课，体育组与中国学生共上一节体育课；另有部分留学生代表与平谷区政府部门负责人进行面对面交流。
（二）驻区文化企业行
时间：13:00-14:00
地点：平谷区东高村镇乐谷管委会、小提琴厂
内容：参观乐谷管委会，全面了解中国音乐文化产业现状；参观小提琴厂，了解小提琴生产加工流程及发展成果，并进行生产体验。
（三）区域农业体验行
时间：14:30-16:00
地点：平谷区马昌营镇诺亚农场
内容：参观现代化农场，了解中国现代农业技术发展状况，并进行农事体验。
二、报名方式
此次活动主要面向中国政府奖学金生，请有兴趣参加的同学持学生证或一卡通前往留学生办公室报名。报名截止日期：2015年11月4日下午16:00 前。
NOTICE
Dear students, in order to enrich your study and life experience in Beijing, understand more of Chinese society and culture, and also get to know more friends from other universities, Peking University will organize “Experience China”——Cultural Experience Activity in Pinggu District. Other international students from Beijing Normal University, Beijing Institute of Technology will also join this activity.
I.Departure time and venue
Departure time: 07:30 a.m.
Departure venue: East gate of RUC (we’ll get together at 7:10 in the lobby of International Cultural Exchange Center)
II.Introduction of the activity:
Time: November 6, Friday (full-day activity)
Location: Pinggu District, Beijing
Content of the activity:
1)Volunteer Work
Place: Pinggu Senior High School
Time: 10:00-12:00
All the participants will be divided into two groups: the cultural group and the physical education (PE) group. Students in the cultural group will attend a class in Chinese culture with local Chinese students, while students in the PE group will have a PE class with local Chinese students. Representatives of the International students can communicate face to face with the director of Pinggu District Government if interested.
2)Visit the Cultural Enterprises in Pinggu
Place: Pinggu Yuegu Management Committee and the violin factory
Time: 13:00-14:00
Visit Yuegu Management Committee, get a full picture of the current situation of Chinese music industry; visit the violin factory, get to know the work flow of violins and its development, take part in the process by youselves.
3)Experiencing Agricultural Activities
Place: Yuegu Management Committee
Time: 14:30-16:00
Visit the modern farm; learn about the development of Chinese modern agricultural technology; get the firsthand experience of doing the farm work
III.Sign up for this activity:
This activity is mainly open to CSC students. All the Chinese Government Scholarship students are eligible to sign up. Please bring your student card or ONEcard with you to International Student Office. The sign-up will be closed at 16:00p.m., November 4th, 2015. Limited seats only!
