为保证您在寒假前获得保险理赔金，现提醒您在放假前30天，将申请报销的理赔材料准备齐全提交至保险公司。
To guarantee that you can receive the reimbursement before winter holiday. We suggest that submit all your documents for reimbursement to insurance company before the holiday at least 30 days.
1.提交的理赔材料请对照下表准备：
Please follow the form to prepare your claim materials：
身份证明包括：护照，港澳居民来往内地通行证，台湾居民来往大陆通行证等。
Notice：ID including passport, Mainland travel permit for Hong Kong and Macao residents, Mainland travel permit for Taiwan residents and etc.
另外，除如上资料，还请您核对发票姓名是否与身份证明一致，如果不一致，请找您的老师帮您出具证明。之后，请将所有材料快递给我们。
Attention: Besides the materials as above we’ve mentioned, please check the name of receipt in keeping with your ID. If not please find your teacher to write name certificate. Then you can send all of your materials to our company.
