“2014国际友人环昆明湖长走活动”将于2014年10月25日（星期六）13：00在颐和园昆明湖畔举行。本届长走活动以“品味自然美，感受北京情”为主题，强调科学性和趣味性。长走不以竞技和速度为目的，提倡轻松愉快的健身。参与者在体育锻炼中融入大自然，享受人与自然和谐之美。

来学校留学生办公室统一报名，从学校统一乘车往返，集体参加。

报名费：无（名额有限，最多18人，先报先得）
2014 Walkingaround Kunming Lake for International Friends
“2014 Walking aroundKunming Lake for International Friends” is to be held on Saturday, October 25that the Kunming Lake of the Summer Palace. With ‘Enjoy Beauty of Nature and FeelFriendship of Beijing’ as the theme, the activity focuses on both exercisingand recreational elements in walking, advocating a relaxing way of keeping fitrather than racing. The participants will walk into the greens to enjoy theharmony between human and nature.

d).Start & finish: Wenchangge Gate Tower on the east side of Kunming Lake
Participation:
a)Participants: Non-Chinese staff members of foreign embassies to China; foreignexperts and students.
b) Qualification:Participants should be physically healthy. Patients with chronic diseases suchas high blood pressure, cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases shall bedeclined; juveniles who want to participate must be companied by theirguardians.
c)Registration Period: From 12th October to 17th October, 2014.

e) EntryFee: Free（The School will cover all the entry fee for every student）.
