According to the new Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People’s Republic of China, a warning and/or fine will apply to those who do not hold valid visa in China. The fine is 500yuan/day, up to 5000yuan. Or the 3 to 10 days’ detention might be applied. The worst will be the deportation from China.
According to the regulations of our university, once students were found to break the regulations or illegally stay in China, the scholarship will be cancelled accordingly.
