Powerchina International Group Limited (POWERCHINA INTL) was established by Power Construction Corporation of China (POWERCHINA), with the purpose of restructuring and integrating international business and realizing the collectivization of international business. POWERCHINA and POWERCHINA LTD entrusted and authorized POWERCHINA INTL to represent all member enterprises as a whole in overseas markets, and control and operate the international business on the behalf of the POWERCHINA and POWERCHINA LTD.

POWERCHINA INTL manages all the overseas brands of POWERCHINA. The comprehensive parent brand covering the whole industrial chain and diverse sectors. It mainly serves the mega-scale or full-range international projects in high level or sub-high level markets. It is the major brand that POWERCHINA dedicates itself to cultivating and developing in the long run.

POWERCHINA INTL focuses on the power sectors and rely on the ‘double engines’ of project contracting and investment. Hydropower & water affairs, thermal power & power grid, transportation, new energy, and equipment operation are the four major sectors in POWERCHINA INTL’s business scope.

POWERCHINA INTL boasts more than 800 employees and has established 6 market-oriented regional headquarters. By the end of 2015, POWERCHINA had 160 branches in 101 countries and business presence in 116 countries, with the total contract value of projects under construction reaching over USD 100 billion.
