The total scale of capital contribution to this Fund was USD 5 billion (with the fundraising amount of USD 1 billion for the first stage).80% of the capital raised is subscribed by Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Co., Ltd.(Xinxing Ductile,a listed company controlled by state-owned enterprise Xinxing Cathay International Group) and SPF Capital. The remaining 20% is subscribed by P.M.I. Holdings B.V.(PMI,a wholly-owned subsidiary of PEMEX).As of now the main limited partners of the Fund are PMI, Xinxing Ductile and China Merchants Group.

Focusing on investing in oil,natural gas and other energy-related industries in Mexico,Sino-Mex Energy Fund roots in a healthy relationship between China and Mexico,accords with China’s national energy strategy and seizes the opportunity of Mexico’s constitutional energy reform.

Job Title: Assistant to President

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range:8000-15000RMB/month

Job Location：Beijing

Job Description :

1/ Assisting President to deal with daily work operations, coordinating the affairs of all functional departments;

2/ Executing all administrative work assigned by President

3/ Responsible for welcome guests and other external key customers;

4/ Set up the meeting and arrange business travel, including airfare and hotel reservation;

5/Responsible for hospitality affairs

6/other tasks assigned by President;

Job Requirements

1/ Good English and Chinese language ability.

2/Good appearance

3/ Bachelor degree or above

4/ Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

5/ Excellent computer skills eg. Microsoft Office;

6/ Excellent organizational and analytical skills;

7/ Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset and capable of working under pressure;

8/ Mature with pleasant personality.

9/ Frequent Business travels in China and Overseas.
