According to the requirements of China Scholarship Council, scholarship students who wish to postpone the scholarship during 2020/2021 academic year, should apply for the scholarship extension. Please follow the guide below.
Ph.D. student
1.Requirements: Students should maintain good study record and good behavior, and cannot finish the academic study on time. And the Scholarship Accepting Organization cannot make a room for the students in the plan of 2020/2021 academic year. Scholarship students should pass the annual review, medium-term examination, thesis proposal and other requirements.
2.Procedures: Complete the student part in the Application form for Scholarship Extension (which can be downloaded on ISO website). Then forward the form to the school and International Students Office for comments. The application form will be submitted to the CSC system by International Students Office for final approval.
3.Deadline: May 15th 2020.
Undergraduate, Graduate and Visiting student
1. Students should send the application to the Scholarship Accepting Organization by themselves;
2.If the Scholarship Accepting Organization approved the application, the students will be counted in the 2020/2021 scholarship plan;
3.The China Scholarship Council will review the extension application accordingly.
Notes
If the students cannot submit the application on time or the application materials are not qualified, the application will be turned down and regarded as invalid.
