2023年国际学生在校生奖学金/奖励金开始申请
2023年北京市政府外国留学生奖学金及校内国际学生各项奖励金的申请开始，请同学们仔细阅读此通知，按要求在4月7日前将全部申请材料提交至学院。各学院奖学金事宜负责人信息将通过微信群/邮件等方式通知。
一、奖学金/奖励金类别
1、中国人民大学国际学生卓越奖励金（下称“卓越奖”）
2、北京市政府外国留学生奖学金（下称“北奖”）
3、中国人民大学国际学生奖励金
（1）学习成绩奖
（2）学习进步奖
（3）社会活动奖
（4）社团骨干奖
二、申请条件
1、遵守法律和学校规章制度，按时缴纳学宿费并按期注册，无违法违纪记录；
2、2022年度无考试不及格和应修未修课程，原则上“卓越奖”申请人2022年度平均绩点应不低于3.2，“北奖”和学习成绩奖申请人2022年度平均绩点应不低于2.8，其他奖励金申请人2022年度平均绩点应不低于2.0；
3、休学学生、延期毕业学生不参评此次奖学金/奖励金，2022级学生不参评“卓越奖”；
4、已获得其他形式的学费资助者（包括本国政府奖学金、中国政府奖学金、国际中文教师奖学金、新汉学计划、北京市“一带一路”奖学金、全英文硕士学费减免等）不参评“卓越奖”和“北奖”。
三、申请材料
1、申请表。在留办网站（iso.ruc.edu.cn）“下载专区”的“奖学金”栏目，找到《中国人民大学国际学生在校生奖学金（奖励金）申请表》，或在本推送末尾点击“阅读原文”下载申请表，打印并填写；
2、个人申请陈述，不超过500字；
3、成绩单原件；
4、自2022年1月1日至今代表性学术成果，含已确认收录、尚未出版及已出版、已发表的学术论文、专利等（本科生及2022级研究生无需提交此材料）；
5、自2022年1月1日至今参与各类社会活动的证明材料、在学生社团或组织中担任骨干的证明材料（非必要材料，如申请“社会活动奖”和“社团骨干奖”，则必须提交此材料）。
以上材料请按顺序装订，并提交给学院指定负责老师。请务必关注微信群/邮件，查看各学院负责奖学金事宜的老师的联系方式。如提交给其他老师导致学院没有收到奖学金申请，造成的后果由学生本人承担。
四、注意事项
1、所有申请材料一经提交，不得修改。
2、每名申请人只能申请、获评一项奖学金或奖励金。如同意调剂，调剂顺序为：卓越奖→北奖→学习成绩奖。
3、如申请人通过不正当手段获得奖励金，一经发现立即取消奖励资格，并依据《中国人民大学学生违纪处分管理办法》进行处理。
4、申请截止时间为4月7日17:00（北京时间），逾期未向学院提交申请材料者，视为自动放弃申请。
NOTICE ｜ 2023 International Students’ Scholarship/Award Open for Application
The 2023 Beijing Municipal Government Scholarship (BMGS) and all types of International Student Awards of RUC is now open for application. Please read the following application information carefully and submit the application documents before April 7th, 2023 (Beijing Time). Please check the email/wechat group message to find the contact information of the teacher responsible for scholarships at your school.

1. Outstanding International Student Award of Renmin University of China (hereinafter referred to as Outstanding Award)
2. Beijing Municipal Government Scholarship (BMGS)
3. International Student Award of RUC
Academic Performance Award

#2 Application Eligibility
1. Applicants should obey the university’s rules and regulations, have paid the tuition, register on time and have no record of violation of any law or regulations.
2. Applicants should not fail any exams or miss out any compulsory courses in 2022. In principle, Outstanding Award requires of an average GPA higher than 3.2 in 2022, BMGS and Academic Performance Award requires of an average GPA higher than 2.8 in 2022, other awards require of an average GPA higher than 2.0 in 2022.
3. Suspended students and students who have deferred graduation are NOT eligible for all sorts of scholarship/award, and students in the class of 2022 are NOT eligible for the Outstanding Award. Graduates are NOT eligible for BMGS.
4. Students who have received scholarship support (especially if the scholarship includes tuition exemption) of other kinds, including government scholarship of the origin country, Chinese government scholarship, Scholarship for International Chinese Teachers，Beijing “One Belt One Road” Scholarship, tuition reduction for English master’s program, etc. are NOT eligible for Outstanding Award and BMGS.
#3 Application Documents
1. The application form. The form is on the official website of ISO. You can visit iso.ruc.edu.cn. Click “Download”, “Scholarship Related” and you will find Application Form for Scholarships & Awards for Registered International Students at RUC, or you can just click “阅读原文” at the end of this passage to find the document. Please download the form, print it and complete it.
2. Personal statement no more than 500 words.
3. Original transcript.
4. Samples of academic achievements since January 1st, 2022, including treatises and patents that have been published or issued, or have been confirmed for inclusion but not yet published. (Undergraduate students and postgraduate students of 2022 do NOT need to submit this document).
5. All sorts of evidence/certificates of participation in social activities and of being the backbone of student clubs or organizations since 1 January 1st, 2022 (only applicable if applying for the " Social Activity Award” and “Leadership Award”).
Please bind the above documents in order and submit them to the teacher-in-charge at your school. Please check the email/wechat group message to find the contact information of the teacher-in-charge at your school. All the documents should be submitted to the teacher-in-charge rather than other teachers.
#4 Note
1. All the application materials cannot be changed once submitted.
2. Every applicant should choose one type of scholarship/award. If you agrees with the adjustment of the scholarship/award application by ISO, the adjustment order is: Outstanding Award→BMGS→Academic Performance Award.
3. The deadline for application is 5 p.m., April 7th, 2023 (Beijing Time). Applicants who do not submit materials to their school in time will be regarded as renouncing application.
